It’s been a big year of milestones here at Vex and over in Keilor at Day’s Walk Farm. The 13th of November will mark 5 years since Vex’s opening while Paul and the team have just celebrated 10 years of growing Melbourne’s finest organic fruit and veg.

For those who know us well you will know that the menu at Vex revolves around what is grown by Day’s Walk Farm. Without them we wouldn’t be able to serve such  delicious, vegetable focused food every week.

To celebrate we have decided to collaborate once more with a long Saturday Sessions lunch solely serving Day’s Walk Farm produce. We’ve been busy pickling and preserving through Spring in preparation and are excited to have the first of the early Summer veg to serve on the day alongside.

This will be a one off vegetarian feast as we take the chance to serve a series of dishes created solely for the day.
