Saturday sessions
From April we are inviting some talented friends to join us for an afternoon of deliciousness.
To kick off proceedings we have the absolute joy and pleasure to welcome Emmanuelle Leftick. Until recently Emma had been the rock at the heart of Tedesca Osteria on the Mornington Peninsula. Before that she gained experience in numerous world class fine dining establishments in America and Europe.
Life down the Peninsula has given Emma a wealth of connections to beautifully grown fresh produce and hand caught local seafood. We are so excited to see what she will be bringing and what new things we can create together.
This will be a lunch you will not want to miss.

raw Saturday lunches
Until the end of March Saturday lunches at Vex are going to revolve around crudo, ceviche, sashimi or whatever else you want to call it. There’ll be oysters and mussels, and all served alongside our favourite summer vegetables and refreshing wines.
Bookings will be for a $75 set menu with the option of a couple of ad-ons as well.
As always we will be more than happy to accomodate dietary requirements with advance warning.
BOOKINGS
We aren't a big fans of rules, but we do have a couple that we have to flag with you.
1—Groups of 6 or more are required to dine from our set menu.
2—For those looking for just a drink and a snack we always keep aside plenty of tables every night for walk-ins.
3—Reservations are for a fixed 2hr time frame.
4—Dietaries, we love a challenge (seriously), but we would appreciate a heads up. We have a small menu, so we like to adhere to the 6P's (Prior Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance).
5—Trust us, we got you.
